Well, it's not that easy to be a good leader. It takes lots of efforts. I have already heard about this book and also there is a good review for it. Please update about when we are going to have the training program. It would be pleasure to attain it. Your training program will be helpful to acquire many valuable tips. I don't think just reading a book can be that much effective; a practical training always works better. Taking leadership coaching is even much better. Anyways thanks for sharing the article.
